Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde Hakkari\u2019de sadece 8 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. \u0130\u015fte ter\u00f6rizmin verdi\u011fi zarar.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2017 ocak ve mart aylar\u0131nda 2016\u2019n\u0131n ayn\u0131 aylar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fken \u015fubat ay\u0131nda ba\u015faba\u015f bir sat\u0131\u015f rakam\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. B\u00f6ylece konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ge\u00e7en senenin ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re adetsel bazda daha iyi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bu arada yabanc\u0131lar 2016 mart ay\u0131na g\u00f6re 1.578 adet ile y\u00fczde 1.1 daha az konut alm\u0131\u015flar. Yabanc\u0131lar aras\u0131nda ilk s\u0131ra 323 konut sat\u0131n alan Irak vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n. Daha sonra 148 konut ile Suudi Arabistan, 139 konut ile Kuveyt, 115 konut ile Rusya Federasyonu ve 112 konut ile Afganistan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bat\u0131 \u00fclkeleri konut al\u0131m\u0131nda ortada yok.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">B\u00f6ylece in\u015faatlara bat\u0131n\u0131n ilgi g\u00f6stermedi\u011fini ama buna ra\u011fmen adetsel bazda ciro olarak ge\u00e7en seneden daha iyi durumda oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Burada adet bazl\u0131 gitti\u011fimiz i\u00e7in rakamlar reel. T\u00dc\u0130K Bina \u0130n\u015faat\u0131 Maliyet Endeksi verilerine g\u00f6re bir \u00f6nceki \u00e7eyre\u011fe g\u00f6re maliyet art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 7, d\u00f6rt \u00e7eyrek ortalamas\u0131na g\u00f6re de y\u00fczde 10.3. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re i\u015f\u00e7ilik y\u00fczde 12.6 artarken malzeme maliyet art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 17.5 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f. Bu durum kurlar\u0131n enflasyonist etkisini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Dikkat edilmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli nokta, kurlar gev\u015ferken mevcut katlan\u0131lan maliyetler d\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f, sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 ise d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f oluyor. Mevcut yap\u0131lar maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131ndan, kurlarda gev\u015feme d\u00f6viz baz\u0131nda fiyat art\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 gerektirebilir.
