Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iler, do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce 8 ve do\u011fumdan sonra 8 hafta olmak \u00fczere toplam 16 hafta izinli say\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00c7o\u011ful gebelik halinde ise do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayacak 8 haftal\u0131k s\u00fcreye 2 hafta s\u00fcre daha ekleniyor. Sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu uygun oldu\u011fu takdirde, doktorun onay\u0131 ile kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i isterse do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki 3 haftaya kadar i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu s\u00fcre do\u011fum sonras\u0131ndaki s\u00fcreye ekleniyor. Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin erken do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 halinde do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrelerin, do\u011fum sonras\u0131 s\u00fcrelere eklenmesi gerekiyor. Bu s\u00fcrelerde gerekli \u015fartlar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 halinde SGK anal\u0131k sigortas\u0131ndan annelere ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>BA\u015eVURU\u2008\u0130\u015eKUR\u2019A <\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Torba Kanun ile birlikte mevcut bu d\u00fczenlemeye ek olarak anne ve baba aday\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilere yeni haklar tan\u0131nd\u0131.Bu haklar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda belirtilen do\u011fum izinlerinin bitimini takiben annenin tam g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yerine yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi i\u00e7in \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019dan \u00f6denek almas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">\u0130\u015eKUR mevzuat\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle belirtilen do\u011fum sonras\u0131 anal\u0131k hali sona eren ve i\u015fe ba\u015flayan kad\u0131n sigortal\u0131ya ya da 3 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ocu\u011fu evlat edinen kad\u0131n veya erkek sigortal\u0131-lara istekleri halinde haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015f-ma s\u00fcresinin yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar 1. do\u011fum-da 60 g\u00fcn, 2. do\u011fumda 120 g\u00fcn, sonraki do\u011fumlarda ise 180 g\u00fcn \u00fccretsiz izin alan i\u015f\u00e7iye do\u011fum veya evlat edinme tarihinden \u00f6nceki son 3 y\u0131lda en az 600 g\u00fcn i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi bildirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar fiilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, do\u011fum ve evlat edinme sonras\u0131 anal\u0131k hali izninin bitti\u011fi tarihten itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a do\u011fum ve evlat edinme sonras\u0131 yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma belgesi ile ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmas\u0131 halinde yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi verilmesi uygulamas\u0131 getirildi.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>SOSYAL HAKLARI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019ca verilecek olup yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi alan sigortal\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u0130\u015eKUR y\u00fczde 32.5 oran\u0131nda uzun vade ve genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primini ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgesi ile Kuruma bildirecek. Yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi \u00f6denen s\u00fcreler 4\/a (SSK) kapsam\u0131nda sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi say\u0131lacak. Bu ba\u011flamda yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan annelerin sosyal g\u00fcvenlik haklar\u0131nda bir kay\u0131p olmayacak.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>BR\u00dcT ASGAR\u0130 \u00dcCRET \u00dcZER\u0130NDEN B\u0130LD\u0130R\u0130M<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi alan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n bildirimleri ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgesi ile yap\u0131lacak. Buna g\u00f6re haftal\u0131k 45 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir annenin yar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fine hak kazanma ve bu \u00f6denekten faydalanmas\u0131 halinde ay i\u00e7inde 15 g\u00fcn i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan mevcut prime esas kazan\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden sigortal\u0131l\u0131k bildirim i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Kalan 15 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bildirim ise \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erli br\u00fct asgari \u00fccret \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lacak. \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan bu sigortal\u0131lar i\u00e7in ayr\u0131ca sigortal\u0131 i\u015fe giri\u015f ve i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f bildirgesi d\u00fczenlenmesi istenmeyecek.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>SGK, ALTINDAN PR\u0130M ALACAK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">SGK, 4\/a (SSK) kapsam\u0131ndaki sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n prime esas kazan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131nda ayni \u00f6demelerden prim alm\u0131yor.
