Aksi takdirde SGK idari para cezalar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmak ve te\u015fviklerden mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lmak s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. \u015eirketlerin, \u00f6zellikle insan kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netiminin gazetemize en \u00e7ok sordu\u011fu ve teredd\u00fct ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131 geliyor. Bu durumda sigortal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sona erenlerin i\u015fverenleri taraf\u0131ndan i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihi takip eden 10 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde SGK\u2019ya sigortal\u0131 i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f bildirgesi ile e-sigorta yoluyla bildirilmesi gerekiyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Sigortal\u0131n\u0131n ay i\u00e7inde i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f tarihi sisteme girildikten sonra i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma nedeninin de ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgesine kaydedilmesi gerekiyor. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f bildirgesinde yer alan i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihi, prime esas kazan\u00e7 ve g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ile i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f nedeni bilgileri SGK taraf\u0131ndan sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihin tespiti ve ay i\u00e7inde i\u015ften ayr\u0131lan sigortal\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131 ile \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011finin hesaplanmas\u0131nda do\u011frudan kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bu bilgilerin hatas\u0131z ve noksans\u0131z doldurulmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Sigortal\u0131ya hak etmedi\u011fi halde ayl\u0131k ve i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi \u00f6denmesi halinde yersiz \u00f6demeye sebep olan i\u015fveren bu durumdan sorumlu tutuluyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">4\/1-a kapsam\u0131ndaki sigortal\u0131lardan naklen ve hizmet akdi sona ermeden ayn\u0131 i\u015fverenin ayn\u0131 ya da ba\u015fka \u00fcnitede tescil edilmi\u015f di\u011fer bir i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere i\u015ften ayr\u0131lanlar i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f bildirgesi verilecek. Ancak s\u00f6z konusu bildirgenin ge\u00e7 verilmesinden dolay\u0131 idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanm\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bildirgede \u201cMeslek ad\u0131 ve kodu\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131lar i\u00e7in fiilen yapt\u0131klar\u0131 mesleklerinin ad\u0131 ve kodunun i\u015faretlenmesi gerekiyor. \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen \u201cMeslek ad\u0131 ve kodu\u201d bilgileri ise www.sgk.gov.tr adresinde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleniyor. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>G\u00dcNCEL \u0130\u015eTEN AYRILI\u015e KODLARI <\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f nedeni (kodu) alan\u0131na hizmet akdi sona eren sigortal\u0131n\u0131n SGK Kanunu, 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu ve \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019na uygun i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f nedenine uygun olarak i\u015faretlenmeli.
