Konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 binalarda ise y\u00fczde 4 geriledi. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede 2017\u2019de konut in\u015faatlar\u0131nda i\u015flerin artarak devam edece\u011fi bekleniyor. Ticari kredilerde de faiz oranlar\u0131, g\u00f6receli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kald\u0131. Ancak bankalar\u0131n 2017 genelinde ayl\u0131k ortalama y\u00fczde 1\u2019in alt\u0131nda faiz ile konut kredisi kulland\u0131rma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Muhtemelen ticari kredi faiz oranlar\u0131 da 2016 ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde olacak.
