Buna g\u00f6re; do\u011fum izninde bulunan, do\u011fum nedeniyle k\u0131smi s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, askerlik hizmetini yapmakta olan i\u015f\u00e7iler ile i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin ask\u0131da kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer hallerde, bu hallerin devam\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i kiralanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Mevsimlik tar\u0131m i\u015flerinde ve ev hizmetlerinde s\u00fcre s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i kiralanabilecek. Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme toplam sekiz ay\u0131 ge\u00e7memek \u00fczere en fazla iki defa yenilenebilecek. Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fveren, belirtilen s\u00fcrenin sonunda ayn\u0131 i\u015f i\u00e7in alt\u0131 ay ge\u00e7medik\u00e7e yeniden ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ramayacak.
