Bu dinlenme s\u00fcreleri asgari d\u00fczeyde olup aral\u0131ks\u0131z verilir.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bu k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli molalarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan verilen i\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey beklemeye imk\u00e2n yoktur. Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken; fazladan mola s\u00fcresi vermek, verilen bu s\u00fcreyi de ak\u0131ll\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">\u0130lave mola, kurum i\u00e7in bir \u2018f\u0131rsat molas\u0131\u2019 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Yeni fikir bulma ruhunu geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcrl\u00fc y\u00f6ntemler tasarlanabilir. Kanun ile haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi de azami 45 saat olarak belirlenmi\u015f durumda. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Ara dinlenme s\u00fcresi, yani mola ya da yemek saatleri, g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 4 saat veya daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli i\u015flerde 15 dakikadan; 4 saatten fazla ve 7.5 saate kadar (7.5 saat d\u00e2hil) s\u00fcreli i\u015flerde 30 dakikadan; 7.5 saatten fazla s\u00fcreli i\u015flerde ise 1 saatten az olamaz. Bu dinlenme s\u00fcreleri asgari d\u00fczeyde olup aral\u0131ks\u0131z verilir.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bu k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli molalarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan verilen i\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey beklemeye imk\u00e2n yoktur. Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken; fazladan mola s\u00fcresi vermek, verilen bu s\u00fcreyi de ak\u0131ll\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">\u0130lave mola, kurum i\u00e7in bir \u2018f\u0131rsat molas\u0131\u2019 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Yeni fikir bulma ruhunu geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcrl\u00fc y\u00f6ntemler tasarlanabilir.
