Bu te\u015fvikler sayesinde kay\u0131td\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam da y\u00fczde 50\u2019li rakamlardan y\u00fczde 35\u2019in alt\u0131na \u00e7ekildi.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bu olumlu faydalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00e7ok say\u0131da ve farkl\u0131 \u015fartlara dayal\u0131 te\u015fvik sistemi hem \u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k hem de uygulanmas\u0131 zorlu\u011fa da sebep oluyor. Zira bu te\u015fvikte 5 puanl\u0131k SGK prim te\u015fvikiyle birlikte sigorta primlerinin i\u015fveren hisselerine ait tutar\u0131 te\u015fvik \u015fartlar\u0131na uyan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonundan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Te\u015fvikten yararlanmak i\u00e7in hem i\u015f yerinin hem de i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fartlara uymas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>S\u00dcRE DE\u011e\u0130\u015e\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">6111 Say\u0131l\u0131 Torba Kanun te\u015fvi\u011finden 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck ve 29 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck erkekler ile 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck kad\u0131n sigortal\u0131lar belirli \u015fartlarda faydalan\u0131yor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin; mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim veren orta veya y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim ya da \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019un d\u00fczenledi\u011fi i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc yeti\u015ftirme kursunu bitirip belgede belirtilen meslek ya da alanlarda i\u015fe al\u0131nan ve\/veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan olup olmamas\u0131, \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a kay\u0131tl\u0131 i\u015fsizlerden olup olmamas\u0131, belirtilen belgelere sonradan sahip olunmas\u0131na g\u00f6re yararlanma s\u00fcreleri de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6steriyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Ayr\u0131ca bu sigorta primi i\u015fveren hissesi deste\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fe al\u0131nan ve i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarih itibariyle mesleki yeterlik belgesi sahibi olmayan, mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim veren orta veya y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretimi bitirmemi\u015f olan ancak bu \u015fekilde i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta iken mesleki yeterlik belgesi alan veya mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim veren orta veya y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretimi bitiren sigortal\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 12 ay s\u00fcreyle yararlanabiliyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><strong style=\"font-size: 15.6px;\">\u2018PARDON\u2019 YOK<\/strong><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">\u0130\u015fe al\u0131nan sigortal\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 ayda birden fazla sigorta primi te\u015fviki kapsam\u0131na girmesi durumunda, i\u015fverenlerin bu sigortal\u0131y\u0131 cari aya ili\u015fkin ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgesinin d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi tarihte tercih edecekleri herhangi bir sigorta primi te\u015fviki kapsam\u0131nda ilgili kanun numaras\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7mek suretiyle s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde SGK\u2019ya bildirmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgelerini tercih edilen sigorta primi te\u015fvikine ili\u015fkin kanun numaras\u0131 se\u00e7mek suretiyle d\u00fczenleyip te\u015fvikten yararlan\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, sigorta primi te\u015fvikinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki talepleri SGK i\u015fleme alm\u0131yor.
