Daha do\u011frusu \u015firketin hedeflerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in uygulanan s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ve teknolojisinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi ile ilgili. Bu s\u0131rada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar\u0131n sistematik bir \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve analizini tan\u0131ml\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">De\u011fi\u015fim, ister istemez bir ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemini gerektiriyor. Mevcut durumdan yenisine... <\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netiminin ama\u00e7lar\u0131, ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemindeki stratejileri belirlemek, de\u011fi\u015fime kar\u015f\u0131 direnci zay\u0131flatmak ve de\u011fi\u015fen ko\u015fullardan etkilenen bireylerin yeni ko\u015fullara uyumunu sa\u011flamak oluyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Biraz \u00f6nce de\u011findim. \u015eirketler de, kurumlar ve toplumlar da, Covid-19 ile h\u0131zlanan \u2018de\u011fi\u015fim\u2019 ile ilk kez kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimiyle de... \u015eirketler, k\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin ko\u015fullar\u0131na uyum i\u00e7in 80\u2019li y\u0131llarda yap\u0131sal \u00f6nlemler ald\u0131. \u0130lk \u00f6nlemler sonras\u0131nda, k\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin h\u0131zl\u0131 teknolojik geli\u015fme ile ayn\u0131 anda \u015firketleri etkiledi\u011fi 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda boyut da de\u011fi\u015fti. De\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi, adeta ayr\u0131 bir disiplin konumunu kazand\u0131. 2000\u2019li y\u0131llardaki katk\u0131larla de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi, i\u015fini ciddiye alan t\u00fcm kurum ve \u015firketlerde oda\u011fa al\u0131nd\u0131. B\u00f6yle bak\u0131nca, de\u011fi\u015fimin h\u0131zlanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131lda de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netiminin \u00f6nem kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek hi\u00e7 de kahinlik say\u0131lmaz.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">De\u011fi\u015fim, yasalar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmekle, kararname \u00e7\u0131karmakla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fil. Zamana yay\u0131lan ve en ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na inen bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olmadan de\u011fi\u015fimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00e7ok zor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Di\u011fer yandan neyin, nas\u0131l, ne zaman ve hangi imkanlarla de\u011fi\u015ftirilece\u011fi belirlendi\u011finde, i\u015fler kolayla\u015f\u0131yor. Kurumdaki veya toplumdaki mevcut k\u00fclt\u00fcrden yararlanarak de\u011fi\u015fimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ba\u015far\u0131 ihtimalini y\u00fckseltiyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bu noktada yeri gelmi\u015fken s\u00f6yleyeyim, de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimine soyunan y\u00f6neticilerin mutlaka dikkate almas\u0131 gereken bir nokta var: De\u011fi\u015fim i\u00e7in mevcut k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye kalk\u0131\u015fmak, riskli ve sonu belirsiz bir i\u015f... Hareket noktas\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde, yabanc\u0131 hayranl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funda de\u011fi\u015fim \u00e7abalar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaza giriyor. De\u011fi\u015fimin hareket noktas\u0131 daima \u2018ger\u00e7eklik\u2019 olmal\u0131. Mevcut durumu her y\u00f6n\u00fc ile tespit eden bir \u2018envanter\u2019 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmazsa neyin, nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015ftirilece\u011fi bilinemiyor. <\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> Bir de \u015funu vurgulamakta fayda var: Ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde neyin, nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde inceleyenler, de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecinin rotas\u0131n\u0131 belirlemekte fazla zorlanm\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">\u00d6te yandan, de\u011fi\u015fimin oldu\u011fu her yerde de\u011fi\u015fime kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 de olu\u015fuyor. Ancak bu \u2018olumsuz\u2019 de\u011fil, aksine \u2018olumlu\u2019 bir haber. Bir noktaya kadar faydal\u0131 bile g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bilin ki, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir diren\u00e7 ve muhalefet ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015fsa, yap\u0131lan i\u015flerin zaten \u2018de\u011fi\u015fim\u2019 ile uzaktan yak\u0131ndan bir alakas\u0131 yoktur.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz, ister \u015firket, ister kurum ya da \u00fclke olsun de\u011fi\u015fimde y\u00f6neticilere \u00e7ok i\u015f d\u00fc\u015fer. Ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00f6neticinin tavr\u0131 belirler. \u0130yi bir y\u00f6netici belirli ki\u015fi ve gruplar\u0131n, de\u011fi\u015fime neden ve nas\u0131l direneceklerini daha i\u015fin ba\u015f\u0131nda hesaplar.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Daha sonra s\u0131ra politika, strateji ve proje \u00fcretimine gelir. Soyut kavramlar\u0131 s\u00fcz\u00fcp, kristalize eden sloganlar da \u00f6yle... \u0130yi bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce imbi\u011finden ge\u00e7mi\u015f sloganlar de\u011fi\u015fimi y\u00f6netirken \u00e7ok i\u015finize yarayabilir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ya da toplumu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek, geni\u015f kitlelerin de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecine kazan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Strateji tespitinden sonraki a\u015fama t\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ak\u0131lc\u0131 ve yap\u0131labilir projelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bir noktan\u0131n da alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izelim: De\u011fi\u015fimin iyi y\u00f6netilebilmesi i\u00e7in, \u2018kritik k\u00fctle\u2019 \u00f6nemli. Aynen bilimde oldu\u011fu gibi... Nas\u0131l n\u00fckleer fizikte bir reaksiyonun ba\u015flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli minimum madde miktar\u0131 varsa, \u015firketlerin ya da toplumlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fiminde de bu ge\u00e7erli.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">De\u011fi\u015fimi savunanlar\u0131n, ilk planda, g\u00fc\u00e7lerini, de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecine start verecek bir \u2018kritik k\u00fctle\u2019ye kadar y\u00fckseltmesi gerekiyor. Bu kritik k\u00fctle olu\u015fturulmadan, tek tek \u00f6nlemler almak \u00e7o\u011funlukla bir i\u015fe yaram\u0131yor. Y\u00f6neticilerin ak\u0131lda tutmas\u0131nda fayda olan bir \u015fey daha: Durgun bir ortamda uygulamaya sokulan de\u011fi\u015fim programlar\u0131 iyi sonu\u00e7 vermiyor. \u0130nsanlar, \u00f6zellikle kriz d\u00f6nemlerinde, h\u0131zl\u0131 faz de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde, de\u011fi\u015fime daha yatk\u0131n oluyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Ortam biraz \u0131s\u0131nmad\u0131k\u00e7a ve de\u011fi\u015fim ihtiyac\u0131 belirginle\u015fmedik\u00e7e, insanlar de\u011fi\u015fim kampanyalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kay\u0131ts\u0131z kal\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fimi y\u00f6neten liderin, s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak olumlu tabloyu \u00f6nce kendi zihninde kurmas\u0131, sonra da bu vizyonu \u00e7evresindekilerle payla\u015fmas\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015fime kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 canland\u0131r\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece insanlar de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecinin getirece\u011fi zahmet ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara daha kolay katlanabilir. Belirli bir s\u00fcre sonra daha iyi ya\u015fama ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini kavrayanlar, de\u011fi\u015fime kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaktan vazge\u00e7ebilir.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">De\u011fi\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda d\u00fcnyadaki ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki en iyi uygulamalar\u0131 \u00f6rnek almak, ak\u0131lc\u0131 bir yol olur.
