Bu nedenle i\u015fverenlerin ge\u00e7ici i\u015f ili\u015fkisi kapsam\u0131nda bu b\u00fcrolardan i\u015f\u00e7i temin ederken \u00f6zellikle yetkili olup olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 iyice ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 gerekir. Aksi takdirde hem \u0130\u015eKUR hem SGK hem de \u0130\u015f Kanunu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan alt\u0131ndan kalk\u0131lamayacak maliyetlerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalabilirler.<\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> \u00d6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ge\u00e7ici i\u015f ili\u015fkisi, Kurumca izin verilen \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosunun bir i\u015fverenle ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011flama s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yaparak bir i\u015f\u00e7isini ge\u00e7ici olarak bu i\u015fverene devri ile yasada say\u0131lan haller dahilinde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen s\u00fcrelerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak kurulabilir. Burada da izin verilen hallere ve s\u00fcrelere dikkat etmek gerekir.<\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> <strong>S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMELERE D\u0130KKAT<\/strong><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> \u00d6zel istihdam b\u00fcrolar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ici i\u015f ili\u015fkisi kurmak suretiyle yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na i\u015f\u00e7i g\u00f6ndermesi halinde, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 hizmet akitlerinin Kuruma onaylat\u0131lmas\u0131na dikkat edilmeli.<\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fveren, grev ve lokavt\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Sendikalar ve Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Kanunu\u2019nda say\u0131lan istisnalar sakl\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131yla ge\u00e7ici i\u015f ili\u015fkisiyle i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ramaz.<\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> Di\u011fer yandan \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosu ile ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fveren aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011flama s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde; s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ve biti\u015f tarihi, i\u015fin niteli\u011fi, \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosunun hizmet bedeli, varsa ge\u00e7ici i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fverenin ve \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosunun \u00f6zel y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerine yer verilmesine dikkat edilmeli.<\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> <strong>TEFT\u0130\u015eTE CEZA YA\u011eDI<\/strong><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l tamamlanan \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrolar\u0131n\u0131n programl\u0131 tefti\u015fi Ankara, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir ve Antalya illerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Bununla birlikte bu iller d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren mesleki ge\u00e7ici i\u015f ili\u015fkisi kurma yetkisi olan \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrolar\u0131 da programl\u0131 tefti\u015f kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. <\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> Bu programl\u0131 tefti\u015f kapsam\u0131nda 79 \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosu denetlendi. Denetlenen \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosu ve \u015fube say\u0131 ise toplam 96. Tefti\u015fi yap\u0131lan i\u015fyerlerinde 1.788 erkek, 2 bin 473 kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i olmak \u00fczere toplam 4 bin 261 i\u015f\u00e7iye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.
